R12 Application performance is unstable

 Hi,

We have recently upgraded to R12.0.4 from 11.5.4. But we are facing severe slow system performance issue very frequently. Also the Application is not stable when compared to 11.5.4. Some time we feel, 11i is much more faster than R12. The main issue we are facing is the forms response time is too slow. For Example, when we click a button, the hour glass turns for a long time also can see a cursor is moving here and there at the bottom right corner. To perform a single transaction it takes several minutes instead of few seconds. Also, we have
