How to Search similar issue reported Service Request raised by other customer in Support.oracle.com

Hello,
I am not able to see any similar Service Request logged by other customer. I am able to see the Published notes and Bug and not able to see any OLD SRs.

Old SR having similar issue reported could avoid to log a new SR.

Please let us know how I can find it
