Good Afternoon


Whilst setting up Receivable Activities 
I receive the below mentioned error when the Operating Unit is selected:


 ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows---FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01422

Any advice?
A metalink search provided me with a SQL issue when writing a script but no script has been written we are installing basic functionality??
