printing pdfs directly from concurrent manager

Hi.  I am able to print to some, but not all my printers using  PDF_PRINT.  we are using the initialization string:      /eE/e&l0o2a7C/e(s0P/e(8U/e&k3G

The printers that work are HPs.  I have Ricohs that give me a pdf error (%!PS-Adobe-3.1

%ADO_DSC_Encodeing:MacOS Roman

%%Title: then the report name

 and throw out tons of plank pages. 

Any suggestions?
