Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Agile ACP & Golden Database Installation

How do you go about setting up the Golden database for use with the Agile Configuration Propagation (ACP) utility.

I realize the ACP installation exe is available in Development Tools Disk 1 - 9.3 download
was under the impression that the Golden Database contained Only the Administrative Tables, is this correct?
Is there any documentation on Installing/Configuring the Golden Database?
