Time stamps/workstation time for global companies

 What is the best way to handle time stamps and workstation date/time for assiciated global companies?

We are headquartered in USA but have companies in China, Europe, Japan using the same iSeries with JDE World software.  We would like the international companies to retain their region's time stamp.
