conn request issue in demantra 7.3 with Oracle Application 12.1.1 on Linux

Hi all,

when i submite this conn request "  Collect Shipment and Booking History" getting error as mention below,

Date To (DD/MM/RRRR)   - 31/12/4000
Deleting data from sales staging table - DM.T_SRC_SALES_TMPL
Begin Delete data from ERR table - DM.T_SRC_SALES_TMPL_err
Exception(1): msd_dem_collect_history_data.collect_series_data - 20-JUL-2010 00:27:42
ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables
Error(12): msd_dem_collect_history_data.collect_history_data - 20-JUL-2010 00:27:42
Error while collecting Booking History - Booked Items - Requested Date

Please can any one help me out to fix this issue.
