Running programs locally- called from interactive programs.

I have created a copy of the program R0457T1 in order to format my ACH PPD text file correctly.  The problem is that I am currently unable to run this to test.   I am trying to run this by changing my program to run for the check print in the control record off of the w/w payment groups screen.  In any case even when I try to modify the original R0457T1 it is not running the correct version.

How can I get all of this to run the code locally off of my fat client?

Any suggestions will be welcomed at this point.
