using all cores on a windows 2008 64 bits server 4cores

Hi,

Could you help me to configure the utilization of more than one core by Oracle.  For the moment, the serveur use 25% of this capacity and the Oracle use 100%...

I find the procedure to configure the Oracle correctly.
