10g export with 'ORA-06502' character string buffer too small - when calling SYS.DBMS_SCHED_JOB_EXP

Hi Everyone:

May I ask if is it 'ignorable warnings' or error that must be fixed?

My oracle is 10.2.0.1.  Recent daily night export log gives me the below message at its end of log output:
