Oracle Security Updates

 We have Agile PLM 9.2.2.2.16 and I have been asked to look at the recently released Oracle Security Updates.  We have Oracle Database version 10.2.0.1 and I don't see that on the list.  Can someone help me figure out if it's OK to just install the latest security patches or do I have to find my version in there.  I don't see it.
