Not able to see the contingent workers in the employee name field of pre-approved timecards expendit

 Hi,

We have setup the contingent workers in the HR and assigned them to the Organization which has 'HR Organization/Project Task Owning organization/Project event/expenditure organization'.  When im trying to enter the pre-approved timecard expenditures for the contingent workers, i am not able to see the contingent workers in the employee name LOV in the expenditure batch form.

Can anyone please help is any profile or setup im missing to enable to see the contingent workers in the employee name LOV of the pre-approved expenditures batch.
