Moving WEbADI worksheets between instances

Is there a way to move a WebADI worksheet from one instance to another?

We are upgrading from R11.5.9 to R12, and as part of that effort we need to convert many, many (>100) ADI worksheets from client ADI to WebADI.

BUT, it appears as though after we convert the client ADI worksheets to our test R12 instance, we will need to re-create them in the production R12 instance.

SO, we are looking for a method or tools to convert the worksheets from the test instance to the production instance. Any ideas?
