Timesheet cannot be edited

 Hi, I have a strange issue with an user, where he updated his timesheet once with 0, 0, 5,0,4(9 total hours) , then for soem reason he want to change that to, 0,0,0,0,4 a he created another project and need to add those 5hours to that new project, which is also part of this project. But for soem reason he change the timesheet and update it, it by default put the old values...it doesn't let him edit anything, once entered and saved. I tried to look ino the privileges and he is as normal as any other user. Does anyone
