Installing 11gR2 under Solaris 10 with Sun Studio 12.1

Hi

I'm trying to install Oracle 11gR2 on a Solaris 10 (Sparc, 64-bit) system. The "Oracle Database Quick Installation Guide" says that the compiler requirements are Sun Studio 12 (C and C++ 5.9). It also mentions that the patch 124861 is required. Unfortunately we have Sun Studio 12 Update 1 (C and C++ 5.10) installed. Obviously the patch 124861 can't be installed, since it's for a different version of Sun Studio. But the Oracle Installer still claims that this patch (124861) is required.

Does this mean that in order to install 11gR2 we have to downgrade Sun Studio to version 12 again? Is Sun Studio 12.1 "officially not supported"? Since 12.1 is the current compiler version I'm a bit surprised not to find anything via Google concerning this issue.
