How to assign / setup Material, Revenue and COG accounts at Item or Item Category level

 Hi,

We have setup multiorg Inventory oraganizations. Material, Revenue and COG accounts are setup at organization level. There are 2 to 3 item-categories in each inventory organization.

Customer needs that all the 3 accounts should be setup either sub-inventory-level or item-level or item-category-level. Because customer's requirement is that  all categories should have their own accounts in AR and / or GL.

Costing method is average.

Opening balances have already been uploaded and sales started.

One on the item-catories is lot-controlled.

None of the items has locator control.

How can we meet / acheive this demand.
