Changing Contact Access on an Account Team member from "Full" to Blank or No Access via the import t

I am hoping someone can help me with a serious issue that has been found with removing users off of account teams.

We have a script that successfully bulk removes users from account teams.

However...we have found that even though they have been removed from the account teams, they have NOT been removed from the contact teams. This causes major security concerns with our data.

I tried doing an account team overwrite import to change the Contact Access field from "Full" to blank. In the help material, it states that this particular picklist cannot be changed and that there is a value in the picklist that says "No Access". In our instance, "No Access" does not exist.
