Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC)

Trying to get "Patching" to work.

When I hit the "Apply" button on the "Patching Setup" page I got the message:

My Oracle Support Proxy Connection Test Error - Direct connection for My Oracle Support has failed test. Please use Test button for detailed cause of failure.

There is an error message in the emoms.log matching the approximate timestamp that I received the error message that says:

 2010-07-22 15:05:42,460 [EMUI_15_05_42_/console/admin/rep/proxy/server] FATAL proxy.HttpProxy logp.251 - [EM_01885] Error submitting job {0}.
HTTPClient.AuthSchemeNotImplException: NTLM

There is a substantial number of other Java dump messages surrounding this one, but they don't provide any info that I can use.
