INVESTOR INTEREST PAYABLE and INVESTOR PRINCIPAL PAYABLE streams

Hi

Can you please tell me what is the trigger to create INVESTOR INTEREST PAYABLE and INVESTOR PRINCIPAL PAYABLE streams?

The help documentation in the application suggests that PV streams are created once the agreement is activated.  However when I activate an investor agreement I can't see these types of streams.

When you activate an investor agreement, Lease Management:

1. Generates billing transactions for each investor with the stake recorded.

2. Generates streams:

• Disbursement basis streams. The amount disbursable may differ from the billing amount if the yield is different from the contract yield.

• Income adjustment streams, on the lease contracts.
