Menu Report?

 We are on Xe. Is there a report in Xe or in later releases that would provide more detail than the R0082P report?  I would like to have a menu report help me to demonstrate security access.

Meaning: If x is someone's initial menu, and x calls other menus, is there a report that would show that whole spider web of selections?
