Delete all Child records from a Parent

 Hi,
Is there a way to delete all child records from any Object by just specifying the parent ID and other required Fields?

example:

I want to disassociate all Opportunity Team Members (Child) from an Opportunity (Parent) by just passing the Opty ID, Opportunity Name.
Is this possible or do I have to specify the User Id's of the Users I want to disassociate?
