how to start X window (Hummingbird Exceed)

I installed Oracle Enterprise Linux Version 5 on my x86 machine. I also installed Hummingbird Exceed on my other PC. I can use Putty to connect to linux box from my PC, but I failed to bring X window to my PC.

I already export DISPLAY=mypcip:0.0

is there anything else I should do to help resolve this issue?
