what's the difference of DBA_HIST_LOG and v$log_history?

I want to know why some log sequence only show in v$log_history but not in DBA_HIST _LOG, what the use for DBA_HIST_LOG

Why I can see sequence 100 in v$log_history but can not see it in dba_hist_log
