PN;R12.1.2 Lease Trace Available in the App

To obtain a Lease Trace from R12.1.2+ please do the following:

Responsibility: Application Diagnostics
Navigation: Diagnose > Select Application

Select Application Name: ‘Property Manager’

From the list, select: ‘Lease Management > Main Lease

Click Execute

Select the following:

Responsibility ID, Operating Unit ID, Lease Number

Click Submit

At this point you have the option to either ‘View Report’ or ‘Download Report’
