Creation of additional Job Types

I am trying to create new Job Types and have been reading the documentation Oracle® Enterprise Manager Extensibility Guide / Adding Job Types. I can not however find any directions of where on what directory location OMS or Agent I need to locate the xml files and how to proceed from that point further.
