Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

[10.2.0.4 on W2K3] v$version gives EE whereas SE installed

 Hi, We installed a 10.2.0.4 standard edition database.
Once installed, I run a query on v$version and it returns :

Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.4.0 - Prod
PL/SQL Release 10.2.0.4.0 - Production                          
CORE    10.2.0.4.0    Production                                        
TNS for 32-bit Windows: Version 10.2.0.4.0 - Production         
NLSRTL Version 10.2.0.4.0 - Production                          

That's strange isn't it ?
