Help! Our ADI 's just quit working during import

We are using EBusiness, 11.5 to upload ADI to system.  This has been working wonderfully, as late as last Tuesday.  Last Friday, user tells me it stopped working, and now another... I can see where this is heading.  Checked cache on Java, and IE.  Checked IE settings and Excel settings, asked about updates and system changes...read kb articles.

I am stuck, please help.
