In R12 Vision Instance, I created a Multi-GAAP Direct Finance Lease / Operating
Lease Variable Rate financial product with Interest Calculation Basis of
'Reamort.' I created and booked a contract with one asset for USD
100,000, no residual, term 12 mos, monthly payments in advance of USD
8,563.82. I added Interest Rate Parameters effective from the Start Date
of the contract (March 1, 2009) with interest rate of 6% for March 1, 7% for
April 1. Rate change frequency is Billing Date and Billing Setup defined
with Print Lead Days of 31 days.
