Publishing FSGs to a local drive in a computer in 12i

Hello,

My company is currently on 11.5.9 and uses Desktop ADI. We use the ADI request center to run FSG request sets and publish reports to a local Drive (using themes in a local drive) and then capture these reports to store it in a report reporsitory, which is security enabled. This way we restrict the access to the reports. 

In 12i, is the publishing to a local drive possible with the report manager? And, can we use the already available themes stored in a local drive to publish the report using Report Manager?

Any help you could provide me is greatly appreciated.
