8.98.3 with IE8 stability issues

 Since going to Tools Release 8.98.3 and IE8, we are finding that users are having more stability issues that are resolved by clearing IE's Temporary Internet Files folder.  It seems that we are clearing the browser cache quite often to fix user issues like HTTP 404 errors with E1.  Has anyone else experienced stability issues with TR 8.98.3 and IE8?
