Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to establish connectivity between Database 7.3 and 10g

We need to do data conversion from Oracle 7.3 to 10g.

I understand that Oracle does not support database links between 7.3 and 10g

But is there any way I can establish connectivity so that the SQL commands can be used for data conversion? Please advice.
