BPA invoice print with attachment from order management sales order

We are using BPA for invoice printing and I am trying to print the attachment from the sales order along with the invoice from AR.  I have setup the necessary profile options as advised in the user guide. 

AR: BPA Attachment Update Enabled - Yes - Site

AR: BPA Details Access Enabled - Yes - Site

AR: BPA Print Attachment Category - Miscellaneous - Site

HZ: Enable DQM Party Search - Yes - Site

I have also added Miscellaneous so that it can be used by Order Management on the Sales Order Organizer to attach the pdf attachment using Application Developer.  Currently I am only able to add the attachment to the invoice in AR and print the attachment.  If I add it to the sales order, it will not print.
