how to identiry two differences in tables structure between two R12 databases?

       We have two different databases for R12 ,one with all patches and other is without any patches. But we want to check any changes in table structure between these two databases.  I have a list of 100 tables relating  to OM,Inventory and FND           Where and how  \I can findout this information?
