Data migration help needed! NetApp to NetApp

Hi all,
We are going to replace an aging NetApp disk (FAS940) with a new NetApp storage (FAS2040), connected with iSCI to
(A) HP-UX PA-RISC server where 8i instances reside.
(B) HP-UX Itanium server where 10g instances reside.

Has anybody done this type of migration? I

Is it simply unmount, mount, if I keep the same directoy structure?
Do I need to move datafile or tablespace to the new location?
Does anybody know if iSCSI will assign a unuique address for the new NetApp disk?
