managing databases on different domains

I am using oem grid control to manage many databases on many different servers without a problem, but they are all on the same network.

Now I need to manage a database server that is on a different domain.  I assume this is possible, and that the first thing I do is install the agent on the db server, but how do I make the management server see this db server to monitor it.  I am assuming some type of domain qualification or something with the name.

Any help would be appreciated.
