ORA-00119: invalid specification for system parameter LOCAL_LISTENER

Dear seniors

we having R12 EBS oracle db is 11g on solaris 10

 

After I shutdown db in abort

I tried to start it gives following error

Pls guid me further

SQL> startup

ORA-00119: invalid specification for system parameter LOCAL_LISTENER

ORA-00132: syntax error or unresolved network name 'prdclone_LOCAL'

SQL>

Its urgent pls

and when i tnsping the name

SQL> tnsping prdclone
SP2-0734: unknown command beginning "tnsping pr..." - rest of line ignored.
SQL> exit
Disconnected
bash-3.00$ tnsping prdclone
