Invalid Package bodies for SYSMAN after migrating from 10g to 11g

I'm having trouble with a couple package bodies belonging to SYSMAN.
Here's a summary of what I've done.

  1. Setup a new server running SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 (x86_64)
  2. Installed Oracle 11g Standard Edition
  3. Used the "exp" utility to export the database from the old 10g server
  4. Used "imp" utility to import into the new 11g server.
  5. Ran $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/utlrp.sql as SYS.
This took my 278 invalid DBA objects down to two invalid objects.

I can't seem to clear these last two.  I don't know if they're not needed with the new version or not and I can't find much information about them.

Howdy, Stranger!
