AME: Top Level in Supervisor Hierarchy & Approvals Management
We want to use Approvals Management (AME) for iExpense expense reports and have them route up the supervisor hierarchy.
Within HR, the President is the CFOs supervisor. However, we also have the CFO as the President's supervisor so that the CFO is able to approve the President's expense reports. This apparently is causing expense reports to get in a loop. Does that make sense?
I am wondering if other companies have experienced this and if so, how you have resolved it.
