How to setup EB TAX, so that it appears to all Operating Units of that country and not to other OUs

  Gurus,

We have a requirement where there are two operating units in a country. The taxes defined should appear to only those two Operating Units. We do have 12 more Operating units but those are in other countries and does not have any tax requriements.

Would appreacite earliest response.
