Access to current_item_id in authorization scheme

We want to build a general authorization scheme, eliminating the need of a developper intervention to change the security for a given Apex page or object within the application. The security will be set inside our homemade security system done in Oracle. The security system is based on profiles giving access to a module (page) and then restrictions to the objects inside the module.  The profile is then associated to the users, defined in a table owned by the security system.  This gives the opportunity to a system pilot to give or restrain access to different modules or objects in
