OTL- Default week display while entering timesheet

Hi
While entering timesheets the default week displayed is the current week.
My week starts fro Sat to Friday. Suppose a consultant misses to enter his timesheet this week (for e.g.week 24/7 to 30/7)
On Monday when he tries to enter timesheet the default display is of the current week i.e (31/7 to 6/8)
The consultant unknowingly enters time for week 31/7/ to 06/8 instead of the missed week i.e 24/7 to 30/7

Is it possible to control the default week display of the timesheet
