Combined report - Null reporting

Does anybody nows how to make a report where I can get the Leads with and without opportunities? Im having trouble to establish the results columns regarding the functions that I need to put. My data type is ok the thing is all the formulas that Ive tried have syntax error. Can anybody help me? Thanks in advance.
