Leverage CSC orders tab in eBC for service users

Does anyone have any experience/insight into a requirement like the following? For our service implementation, we are exploring the possibility of our agents using the ebiz/ebc form for customer interactions vs. the standard contact center/csc form. One drawback with the ebc form is the sales order tab functionality; it is somewhat limited, especially when compared to the functionality in the contact center form. Is it possible to "replace" the sales order tab in the ebc with the sales order tab from the contact center? Can this be done through configuring menus/functions? Personalizations? Or would this be a core customization? (context
