HR: Assignment Table Row Missing

 Hi,

In Oracle HRMS, when doing a normal date-track assignment in Update mode, I believe 1 row gets deleted and 2 rows get inserted.

In one of cases, one of the rows did not get inserted. This looks like a 'one-off' error that must have been caused probably due to some database issue at the time of insertion. But, has anyone faced anything similar to this?
