Companion CD Installation issues.

Hello

-

I have a new stand-alone database installation, version 10.2.0.1 with ASM, I have not created the database yet, but I want to apply the patch set 10.2.0.4 firstly.

My database requires JVM, reading the patch set readme, I saw I have to install "Oracle Database 10g Products installation" from companion cd before apply it.

My questions are:

Do I have to install de companion on ASM ORACLE_HOME too??

Do I have to perform the tasks about workflow server, html server and html db??
