Projects Organization and iExpense

This may be a question on iExpense but I thought that the project community might also have an ideal. 

The requirement I have is to default the project organization in iExpense to the organization of the Project not the HR organization of the employee.  I have not found an reference other then that organization is defaulted based on the HR record.
