Quote Expiry & Alert/Notification

 Hi,

Is there any way to default expiry date of a quote, ie. 30 days after quote date? I was thinking of using defaulting rules but not sure how to set the quote date+30 rule.

The users also want to be notified when the quote is near it's expiry date, i.e 5 days before expired.  Is there any way to do this?
