performance issue

@font-face

 Hi previously while loading data with sql loader i had performance problem.
the issue is these sessions block each other and hang.
and when the other session comes will be waiting for the first one to be finished so after a while thee will be queue of sessions which stuck.

this is the wait event with i get:
