Security in Purchasing

Hi
How do I enable security in Oracle Purchasing forms.

I have 2 buyers X and Y. Is it possible to limit creation of PO's based on some security rules such as X cannot see Y requisitions

Presently the LOV in Autocreate PO form displays all requisitions created by anyone
