Duplicate entries uploaded through Web ADI upload - Journal Entry

 Hi Experts,

I am facing this issue while uploading Journal entries through WEB Adi upload.

Duplicate lines are getting uploaded and imported.

The issue is not reproducible.

The user also did not face any error while doing upload.

e.g. The Web ADI template has 38 Journal entry lines.

However 76 lines have been imported. On verifying it has been found that each entry has been duplicated.

Has any body come across such an issue?
